À partir d’une double collecte des archives du web français (sites internet et chaînes YouTube), il explore en particulier l'influence du lobby du sucre sur les pratiques alimentaires et les normes de santé publique.  This article stands at the intersection of social history of food and nutritional knowledge (both professional and lay). It interrogates the role of the internet and social media in the reconfiguration of the food–weight–health triptych.
