      <link>http://preo.ube.fr/territoiresduvin/index.php?id=1539</link>
The production of fine wines in important volumes in Brazil is a phenomenon of less than a century, that gradually grew into the current situation, of reasonable diversity of types and styles. This diversity is the result of several factors, including the territorial expansion of winemaking activity. The growth in the number of wineries and the number of types and styles of Brazilian fine wines, which occurred in the last three decades, was accompanied by an openness to the oenological technology of the oenologically most developed countries. The modernization of methods and processes in the wine industry has grown intensely and continuously, as a result of heavy investments made by a large number of wine-growing properties. The analysis of the technology adopted by the wineries takes into account the history and evolution of the Brazilian wine industry as a whole, as well as the great variation found between different segments of products, or even within the same segment. The analysis of this article details the state of the art of oenological technology of Brazilian winemaking properties, divided into four large groups. </description>

      <link>http://preo.ube.fr/territoiresduvin/index.php?id=1854</link>
