http://preo.ube.fr/territoiresduvin/index.php?id=1644 Entrées d’index fr 0 http://preo.ube.fr/territoiresduvin/index.php?id=1639 O artigo traz uma visão geral sobre a região vitivinícola da Campanha, situada no estado do Rio Grande do Sul, ao longo da fronteira com o Uruguai, e analisa suas perspectivas de sustentabilidade, a partir de um estudo que contou com uma análise de protocolos de vitiviniculturas sustentável em seis países, complementado por duas fases de trabalhos de campo e observações na região. Apesar de antecedentes históricos remontando ao século XVI, a trajetória moderna da vitivinicultura na Campanha se inicia na década de 1980, com expansão nos anos 2000 e organização do processo para reconhecimento da Indicação Geográfica a partir de 2010. Hoje a região conta com estrutura institucional, o que inclui associações locais para vitivinicultura, iniciativas de enoturismo e presença de instituições de ensino e pesquisa trabalhando o tema da vitivinicultura. Em termos de sustentabilidade, foi analisada a dimensão ambiental, apesar de a pesquisa original tratar o tema em escopo amplo. É analisada a percepção dos vitivinicultores sobre os temas da sustentabilidade e vitivinicultura sustentável, assim como as práticas atuais. Foram identificadas diversas iniciativas, sobretudo nos temas água, ar, efluentes, resíduos sólidos, biodiversidade, energia e práticas agrícolas, o que mostra o potencial da Campanha para formalizar um programa de vitivinicultura sustentável. The paper presents an overview of the Campanha wine region, located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, along the borderline with Uruguay, and analyzes its perspectives of sustainability, based on a study that considers wine sustainability frameworks in six countries, complemented by two phases of field work and observations in the region. Although historical antecedents go back to the XVIth century, the modern trajectory of viticulture in the Campanha have begun in the 1980s, with the expansion in the years 2000 and the organization of the Geographical Indication recognition process in 2010. Today the region has an institutional structure, which includes local wine associations, wine tourism initiatives and the presence of learning and research institutions working on the theme of wine. In terms of sustainability, the environmental dimension was analyzed, although the original research treats the theme in a broad scope. The perception of winemakers on the themes of sustainability and sustainable viticulture, as well as on the current practices, is analyzed. Malgré un contexte historique qui remonte au XVIe siècle, la trajectoire moderne de la vitiviniculture dans la Campanha a commencé dans les années 1980, avec une expansion dans les années 2000 et l'organisation du processus de reconnaissance de l'Indication Géographique à partir de 2010. Aujourd'hui, la région dispose d'une structure institutionnelle, qui comprend des associations locales de vitiviniculture, des initiatives d'œnotourisme et la présence d'institutions d'enseignement et de recherche travaillant sur le thème de la vitiviniculture. En termes de durabilité, la dimension environnementale a été analysée, bien que la recherche originale traite le sujet dans un sens large.
