A paisagem está marcada por esta atividade. Os conceitos de cultura, patrimônio, identidade e território serão fundamentais para a compreensão do território da uva e do vinho. Este território marcado pela cultura italiana é reconhecido pelo enoturismo. A expressão desta cultura está na uva e no vinho que mudaram a paisagem, que marcaram o território da colonização italiana no Sul do Brasil. A uva, o vinhedo e o vinho são seus símbolos de identidade, de cultura e de patrimônio. The present article has as objective shows the importance of the culture in the constitution of the patrimony. The patrimony will be analyzed starting from the cultural elements of local identity related to the viticulture. The landscape is marked by this activity. The concepts of culture, patrimony, identity and territory will be fundamental for the understanding of the territory of the grape and wine. This territory, marked by the Italian culture, is recognized by the eonotourism. The expression of this culture is in the grape and in the wine that they changed the landscape, that they marked the territory of the Italian colonization in the South of Brazil.
