Il s'agira d'en caractériser le climat et son influence sur le métabolisme des vignes, ainsi que d'identifier les sols, les cépages et les facteurs humains qui concernent ce vignoble. Nous reviendrons ensuite sur le développement et l'ancrage de l'œnotourisme sur ce territoire d'altitude. A new winemaking region, located in the altitude area of the state of Santa Catarina, Brazil, is presented.
