En un período relativamente corto para este tipo de proceso, la industria vitivinícola logró capitalizar la producción de vid y posicionarse con sus vinos en el mundo, impulsando también al enoturismo. Las bodegas diversificaron las actividades con ofertas para todos segmentos, incorporando eventos relacionados con el vino, la música, la cultura, el arte, el deporte, la ciencia, entre otras, atrayendo no solo a los amantes del vino, sino también a aquellos interesados en la cultura y la gastronomía. El enoturismo pasó de ser una actividad centrada en la degustación a una experiencia integral, convirtiéndose actualmente en una unidad de negocio sostenible. In the early days of wine tourism in Argentina, some wineries offered only tours and tastings. In a relatively short period for this type of process, the wine industry successfully capitalized on grape production, positioning its wines globally and also boosting wine tourism. Wineries diversified their activities with offerings for all segments, incorporating events related to wine, music, culture, art, sports, science, among others, attracting not only wine enthusiasts but also those interested in culture and gastronomy. Wine tourism transitioned from being an activity focused on tasting to a comprehensive experience, currently evolving into a sustainable business unit. Aux débuts de l’œnotourisme en Argentine, certaines caves ne proposaient que des visites et des dégustations. En une période relativement courte pour ce type de processus, l’industrie viticole a réussi à capitaliser la production de raisins et à se positionner avec ses vins dans le monde, stimulant également l’œnotourisme. Les caves ont diversifié leurs activités avec des offres pour tous les segments, intégrant des événements liés au vin, à la musique, à la culture, à l’art, au sport, à la science, entre autres, attirant non seulement les amateurs de vin mais aussi ceux intéressés par la culture et la gastronomie. La tradition touristique du Trentin remonte au début du XIXe siècle et se caractérise par un fort lien à la montagne : les Dolomites ont en fait été déclarées en 2009 sites du patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO grâce à l'unicité et de la beauté du paysage, ainsi qu’à leur importance géologique et géomorphologique. Notre territoire se distingue précisément par l'union entre la montagne et les collines/les plaines couvertes de vignes qui se trouvent dans le fond de la vallée. Si la production de vins (production d’origine très ancienne) est reconnue comme de qualité, l’œnotourisme n’a pas trouvé jusqu'à présent le moyen de se développer. Pour cette raison, depuis 2015, le Consorzio Turistico Piana Rotaliana Königsberg a cherché à créer une stratégie en synergie avec les producteurs, les administrations locales et les associations culturelles qui placent le vin comme produit culturel au centre du dispositif. C’est ainsi qu’est née l'initiative “Incontri Rotaliani” qui vise à faire connaitre d’importantes regions viticoles européens et en même temps, à faire découvrir notre territoire et ses particularités.En 2019, la première édition a initié la rencontre avec la Bourgogne, avec des représentants du monde culturel (Chaire UNESCO « Culture et Traditions du Vin » et Centre archéologique européen du Mont Beuvray - Bibracte) et productif (BIVB et Association des climats du vignoble de Bourgogne). Deux jours de rencontres et de dégustations qui ont permis à différents publics (amateurs ou professionnels) de rencontrer une autre culture grâce au vin. À côté de cette initiative nous avons commencé à développer, toujours de manière conjointe, d'autres projets tels que : des itinéraires de vélo et de randonnée qui relient les producteurs du territoire ainsi qu’un guide territorial de la gastronomie et du vin. Ce sont les premières étapes d'un parcours de développement à moyen et long terme auquel nous croyons fermement car nous sommes convaincus du potentiel de notre petit territoire niché dans les Alpes. The Piana Rotaliana Königsberg is an alluvial plain located in the heart of Trentino (northern Italy) surrounded by the Dolomites: a wine-growing territory, since ancient times, which today represents one of the areas with the highest concentration of producers in the province. Trentino's tourist tradition dates back to the early nineteenth century and is characterized as strongly linked to the development of the mountain: the Dolomites were in fact declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009 thanks to the uniqueness and beauty of the landscape, as well as their geological and geomorphological importance. Our territory is distinguished precisely by the union between the mountain and the hills/plains covered with vineyards that lie at the bottom of the valley. Although the production of wines (with ancient origins) is recognised as being of high quality, wine tourism has not yet found a way to develop. For this reason, since 2015, the Consorzio Turistico Piana Rotaliana Königsberg has sought to create a strategy in synergy with producers, local administrations and cultural associations that places wine as a cultural product at the centre. This is how the initiative "Incontri Rotaliani" was born, which aims to make known important European wine regions and at the same time to discover our territory and its peculiarities. In 2019, the first edition saw the meeting with Burgundy, with representatives of the cultural world (UNESCO Chair and the European Archaeological Centre of Mont Beuvray - Bibracte) and the productive world (BIVB and the Association of Burgundy Vineyards). Two days of meetings and tastings that allowed different audiences (amateurs or professionals) to meet another culture through wine. Alongside this initiative, we have started to develop, again jointly, other projects such as: cycling and hiking routes that would link the producers of the territory and a territorial guide to gastronomy and wine. These are the first steps of a medium and long term development path in which we strongly believe because we are convinced of the potential of our small territory nestled in the Alps. La Piana Rotaliana Königsberg è una pianura alluvionale che si trova nel cuore del Trentino (Italia settentrionale) circondata dalle Dolomiti, un territorio coltivato a vite fin dall’antichità che oggi rappresenta una delle zone con maggior concentrazione di aziende vitivinicole della provincia. La tradizione turistica in Trentino risale ai primi dell’Ottocento e si caratterizza fin dalle prime fasi come fortemente legata alla valorizzazione della montagna: le Dolomiti infatti sono state dichiarate nel 2009 Patrimonio Mondiale dell'UNESCO in considerazione dell'unicità e della bellezza del paesaggio, nonché della loro importanza geologica e geomorfologica. Il nostro territorio si distingue proprio per il connubio inscindibile tra la montagna e le colline e le pianure vitate del fondovalle. Nonostante la produzione vitivinicola dalle origini molto antiche sia riconosciuta come di qualità, in questa zona l’enoturismo non ha fino ad ora trovato modo di svilupparsi. Per questo motivo, dal 2015, il Consorzio Turistico Piana Rotaliana Königsberg ha cercato di creare in sinergia con i produttori, le amministrazioni locali e le associazioni culturali una strategia che ponesse il vino, come prodotto culturale, al centro. Nasce così l’iniziativa “Incontri Rotaliani” che si pone come obiettivo quello di conoscere importanti realtà vitivinicole europee e al contempo di far scoprire il nostro territorio e le sue peculiarità. Nel 2019, la prima edizione, ha visto l’incontro con la Borgogna, con rappresentanti del mondo culturale (Cattedra UNESCO e Centre archéologique européen du Mont Beuvray – Bibracte) e produttivo (BIVB e Association des Climats du vignoble de Bourgogne). Due giorni di incontri e degustazioni che hanno permesso a diversi pubblici (dall’amatore al professionista) di incontrare un’altra cultura attraverso il vino. Oltre a questa iniziativa, in questi anni si è iniziato a progettare e a sviluppare, sempre in modo congiunto, altre progettualità quali percorsi per bici e trekking che mettessero in collegamento le cantine del territorio oltre alla realizzazione di una guida enogastronomica territoriale.
