Nous nous intéressons particulièrement à ces deux activités comme stratégies de résilience, car elles appartiennent à des imaginaires distincts et le rôle de ce dernier peut exercer une influence sur l’adhésion des consommateurs. What is the impact that the consumers' imaginary - according to Gilbert Durand's conception (1994) - can have on the acceptance of a product, in this case wine and wine tourism activities? Here we want to analyze the development of wine tourism and terroir promotion as resilience strategies in the wine cluster of Serra Gaúcha, the main wine producing region in Brazil, in the south of the country (SCHMIDT, 2020). We are particularly interested in these two activities as resilience strategies, as they belong to distinct imaginaries and the role of the latter may exert an influence on consumer adherence.
