El estudio se centraliza en la zona irrigada por el Río Tunuyán Superior, que comprende los departamentos de San Carlos, Tunuyán y Tupungato. Se ha relevado los precios de uva y de canon de riego para los distritos correspondientes, para la serie histórica de años 2015 a 2022.
